Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales of products made by SCEV Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils, whose registered office is at 10 route de Dormans, B.P. 2, 02850 Trélou-sur-Marne, France, SIRET: 351 310 495 00012, EU VAT: FR16351310495, on the website accessible at this domain (hereinafter “the Site”). Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest care. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but cannot engage the seller’s liability. Where the products sold are subject to specific regulations (for example alcoholic beverages, whose sale to minors under 18 is prohibited), the buyer declares that they comply with the legal requirements applicable at the time of the order.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery charges are calculated according to weight and destination, and are displayed before payment is confirmed. SCEV Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
The order is confirmed by the sending of a confirmation email. SCEV Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by bank card through a secure payment platform. Card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given when ordering. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Should a parcel arrive damaged, the buyer must record reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Article 8 – Warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 – Liability
SCEV Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. Where applicable, products must be used or consumed in accordance with their intended purpose and in moderation.
Article 10 – Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 – Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of SCEV Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils. In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
