Specific formats
Format equivalences are as follows: 2 half-bottles = 1 bottle; 1 magnum = 2 bottles; 1 jeroboam = 4 bottles.

Packaging and delivery
Bottles travel in reinforced wine-grade cases. Should a bottle arrive broken, keep the packaging, take photographs and write to info@champagne-veuve-olivier.com as soon as possible.
