Tasting

Bright-gold robe. The nose combines ripe fruit and exotic notes. The palate, supple and indulgent, offers a measured sweetness that lengthens the finish without ever weighing it down.

Food pairings

The ideal companion for desserts — fruit tarts, pastries, foie gras — and also as an aperitif for lovers of rounder champagnes. Serve at 8 to 10 °C.
