Grande Réserve Brut (75 cl bottle)

A champagne of character, the Grande Réserve is born from a balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, enriched with a generous proportion of reserve wines. A long maturation gives it depth and complexity — one of the house’s finest expressions.

Tasting

Deep-gold robe, delicate effervescence. The expressive nose blends ripe fruit, brioche notes and vinous touches. The palate is ample, complex and structured, carried by a long, vinous finish.

Food pairings

A gastronomic champagne: poultry, fish in sauce, white meats and pressed cheeses. It holds its place throughout a meal. Serve at 9 to 11 °C.
