Crafted from our Chardonnay, the Perle de Lumière is a cuvée all about freshness, finesse and elegance. Luminous and crystalline, it conveys the delicacy of the white grape on our terroir.

White-gold robe, fine and persistent bubbles. The delicate nose evokes white flowers and citrus. The palate, lively and elegant, seduces with its purity and mineral finish.

Food pairings

Wonderful as an aperitif, it delicately underlines a noble fish, seafood or white meat. Serve at 8 to 10 °C.
