A saignée rosé from forty-year-old vines, the Perle de Saignée draws its colour and intensity from a short maceration of the grape skins with the juice. A gastronomic rosé, powerful and vinous.

Tasting

Intense pink robe with garnet highlights. The expressive nose exhales ripe red fruit — cherry, raspberry. The palate is powerful, vinous and fleshy, with lovely length.

Food pairings

A rosé for the table: red meats, feathered game, spiced dishes and red-fruit desserts. Serve at 8 to 10 °C.
