A cuvée of patience, the Secret de Cave has matured for many years in the house’s cellars. This powerful, vinous and delicate wine gains, through long ageing, complex and mature aromas.

Tasting

Golden robe, fine effervescence. The rich nose unfolds candied fruit, honey and toasty notes. The palate is ample, mature and generous, carried by a deep, lingering finish.

Food pairings

A gastronomic champagne: white meats, dishes in sauce, noble poultry and matured cheeses. Serve at 10 to 12 °C.
