An undosed cuvée, the Secret Nature is enjoyed in its purest form. With no added liqueur, it delivers the frankest, most sincere expression of our terroir — a connoisseur’s champagne, rich and intense.

Tasting

Pale-gold robe, lively bubbles. The pure, intense nose blends citrus, iodised notes and minerality. The palate, frank and taut, stands out for its freshness and precision, without the slightest sweet roundness.

Food pairings

It harmonises with iodised flavours: oysters, salmon, seafood and raw fish. Serve well chilled, 8 to 10 °C.
