A Blanc de Blancs born of Old Vines, the Secret Boisé is vinified in oak barrels and aged on the lees for six years. From this singularity comes a refined, complex and mature cuvée, for connoisseurs.

Tasting

Deep-gold robe. The complex nose marries dried fruit, vanilla notes and delicate woody touches. The palate, ample and mature, reveals a silky texture and a long, refined finish.

Food pairings

A champagne for the table: noble fish, lobster, sweetbreads, matured cheeses and poultry in cream sauce. Serve at 10 to 12 °C.
